Description
在neardi用户下，正常打开摄像头；
打开摄像头，画面可以打开不到1秒，然后消失；测试摄像头的命令继续在后台运行；
测试命令：
gst-launch-1.0 v4l2src device=/dev/video22 ! video/x-raw,format=NV12,width=1920,height=1080, framerate=30/1 ! fpsdisplaysink
gst-launch-1.0 v4l2src device=/dev/video29 ! video/x-raw,format=NV12,width=1920,height=1080, framerate=30/1 ! fpsdisplaysink
