tcp连接冲包时，总是造成tcp连接两端僵持在双方都不收发包，一端是rk3399，另一端是pc或者其它的平台，从抓包来看rk都会重传某一帧，原因是rk发出的tcp包的checksum不正确
关闭硬件校验
ethtool -K eth0 tx-checksum-ipv4 off ethtool -K eth0 tx-checksum-ipv6 off
