LJ160 03以及02接口板出现相同问题，在9v电压下跑老化测试，进行3A的usb抽电流测试，机子会重启

使用了最新的改过的接口板子，在9v电压下跑老化测试，进行3A的usb抽电流测试，机子不会重启了；
