Description

测试步骤：
1、HDMI--OUT3口连接便捷式显示器显示器，设备上电；
2、正常开机，应正常进入桌面，显示屏应显示；

实际测试结果：HDMI--OUT3口，便捷式显示器不显示，其他的OUT1和OUT2口都正常显示；
期望结果：HDMI--OUT3口使便捷式显示器正常显示。

1.hdmi3是lt8912 通过mipi转的，对显示器适配性比较低 属于已知问题

若不需要解决，作为一个已知问题，在这挂着，作为一个问题点供以后查看；
