Description

复现方式：不带HDMI开机，等待系统启动后，插入HDMI，反复拔插发现内核无日志打印。

解决了， 已经提交了代码。

或者， 添加如下2个文件， 重启设备即可。
1. /etc/udev/rules.d/99-hdmi-hotplug.rules
2. /usr/bin/hdmi_hotplug.sh
